Refund and cancellation policy
How deposits, cancellations, and refunds work for measurement engagements.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Nodefabricbase Co., Ltd. for measurement audits, plans, workshops, and readout sessions described on this site.
Deposits
Most engagements require a 40% deposit to reserve consultant time. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice.
Full refund
If you cancel in writing more than seven business days before the scheduled start date, and no work has begun, you receive a full refund of fees paid for that engagement.
Partial refund
Cancellations between three and seven business days before the start date receive a 50% refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable workshop room costs already booked at your request.
Non-refundable items
- Work already delivered (completed findings drafts, facilitated sessions already held)
- Cancellations under three business days before the start date
- No-shows for scheduled workshops or readout sessions
- Third-party room rentals purchased at your instruction
Work already started
If intake is complete and instrumentation review has begun, fees for completed stages remain due. Unused later stages may be refunded proportionally when we agree to stop the engagement.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if notice arrives at least five business days before the start date. Later reschedules may incur a THB 3,000 administrative fee.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@nodefabricbase.digital with the engagement name, invoice reference, and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within ten business days.
