Refund Policy

1. Scope

Refunds apply to fees paid for scoped services such as deflection baseline audits, contact-reason taxonomy design, self-service gap reviews, deflection measurement frameworks, and Deflection Playbook facilitation. This site does not sell physical goods, software licenses, or self-serve subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing before the agreed kickoff date and before we have begun preparatory work. After kickoff, refunds are partial and based on work completed versus the statement of work.

3. Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be sent within 14 days of the invoice payment date or within 7 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, a missed workshop we failed to deliver), whichever is later.

4. Full versus partial refunds

Full refunds apply only when no scoped work has started. Partial refunds subtract fees for completed workshops, delivered documents, completed analysis hours, and playbook sessions already held.

5. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or consumed: completed facilitation sessions, finalized taxonomy or framework documents delivered to you, and third-party costs we prepaid on your written instruction (for example, venue fees for an on-site workshop).

6. Deposits

Engagements may require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposits are credited toward the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable if you cancel within 5 business days of a reserved kickoff without rescheduling, unless we cancel or we are unable to staff the engagement.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a session with at least 3 business days’ notice at no charge. Later changes may forfeit the session fee or deposit for that slot. We may reschedule for illness or force majeure and will offer a new date promptly.

8. No-shows

If your attendees do not join a scheduled workshop or readout and you did not cancel in time, that session is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

9. Work already started

If analysis, drafting, or calibration has begun, we invoice for time and materials at the rates in your scope, and any remainder of a prepaid package may be refunded.

10. Purchased materials

Printed materials or licensed references purchased specifically for your engagement on written approval are non-refundable once ordered.

11. Process and timing

Email hello@nodefabricbase.digital with your invoice number, engagement name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

12. Method

Refunds are issued to the same bank transfer or card channel used for payment when possible. We do not offer store credit as a substitute unless you request it in writing.

13. Exceptions

If we materially fail to deliver a scoped item and cannot cure within a reasonable time, you may receive a full refund for that undelivered item. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, where applicable, are not limited by this policy.
