1. Agreement
By requesting services from Nodefabricbase or using this website, you agree to these terms. Detailed scopes, fees, and timelines are confirmed in a written statement of work before paid work begins.
2. Services
We provide advisory and facilitation related to support deflection analytics—including baseline audits, contact-reason taxonomies, self-service gap reviews, measurement frameworks, and playbook guidance. We do not provide legal advice, employment decisions, or guaranteed ticket-volume reductions.
3. Informational pricing
Prices shown on this site are informational only. No checkout or payment processing occurs on this website. Invoices and payment instructions are issued separately after scope agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to relevant data, stakeholders, and systems needed for the engagement. Delays in access may shift delivery dates without constituting a breach by Nodefabricbase.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties treat non-public business and analytics information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
6. Intellectual property
Deliverables created for you under a paid scope become yours upon full payment, except for our preexisting methods, templates, and playbook frameworks, which remain Nodefabricbase property and are licensed to you for internal use.
7. Website use
You may not misuse this site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that impairs service. Content is provided for general information about our services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nodefabricbase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from advisory recommendations. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
