Acceptance
By accessing this website or confirming a measurement engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
Services described
Pages describing audits, plans, workshops, and readouts are informational. A separate statement of work or written confirmation sets the binding scope, fees, and timeline for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, visual design, and Nodefabricbase materials remain the property of Nodefabricbase Co., Ltd. Client data and experiment materials you share remain yours. Deliverables created for a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal use unless a statement of work states otherwise.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate experiment configuration, lawful access to relevant logs, and timely stakeholder availability for intake and readout sessions.
Liability
Measurement findings are professional opinions based on information available during the engagement. Nodefabricbase is not liable for shipping decisions, revenue outcomes, or third-party tooling failures. Liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
